The commercial services unit is responsible to plan, develop, coordinate and implement all Commercial activities for Air Navigation Services in order to effectively optimize business and maximize revenue generation for Zambia Airports Corporation through identifying, developing and pursuing new revenue strategies for new and existing commercial business.
The key functions of the commercial unit include:
- Aeronautical Revenue Management
- Billing and invoicing
- Revenue collections
- Traffic forecasting/Statistics
- Revenue budgeting
